Announcing the Awards for Dalit & Tribal Catholic Girls

Announcing the Awards for Dalit & Tribal Catholic Girls

The CBCI Council for Women together with the CBCI Offices for SC/BC and Tribal Affairs honored the toppers of Class X & XII girls from the Dalit and the Tribal Catholic Communities of the economically weaker sections in society. This has been hailed as a very novel and unique attempt ever  made by the Council for Women to encourage and to reach out to the less fortunate girl children. This will bring to the limelight and enable those who have been blessed with intellectual acumen to reach the higher spectrums of life. The selections were made on the basis of their outstanding performance in studies in spite of their financial, cultural and geographical difficulties.

This award has been granted to the National as well as State level toppers in the Board Exams - 2018.

All those who obtained above 75% marks were awarded complimentary prizes.
